Liquid flowing screeds are most commonly applied over underfloor heating systems. This is largely due to the better heat transference and the liquid consistency of the screed, leaving no air bubbles resulting in a more efficient UFH system.
A great advantage of liquid flowing screed over traditional screed is that it can be applied to large areas at much faster rates in addition to its fast-drying times. Liquid flowing screed can dry in 7 days and is safe to walk on 24 hours after its application.

A flowing screed flooring solution based on a calcium sulfate binder. Supaflo® is the original flowing, self-smoothing Calcium Sulfate based self-levelling screed. Supaflo screed can be used on a range of project types from new build domestic homes, to commercial and industrial projects. Screedfast using flowing screed mainly for large projects where it requires screed thickness 40mm to 55mm and can be done 500m2 to 1000m2 a day. Flowing screed only beneficial for larger areas and where it requires max 55mm screed thikness. If the project is less than 300m2 the better choice is traditional screed.

Topflow Screed A made with a unique synthetic anhydrite binder in place of cement is pump applied due to its fluid consistency. This means that it is easier to lay covering areas of up to 2000m2 in a day. It is thinner than conventional screeds making it the natural choice for underfloor heating systems. Topflow Screed A suitable for new build and renovation work. Unbonded, bonded or floating construction. Residential and commercial. Flowing screed only beneficial for larger areas and where it requires max 55mm screed thickness. If project is less than 300m2 better choice is traditional screed.
